You can manage or cancel your Cavino subscription at any time by going to the App Store on your device, tapping your profile picture, and entering the "Subscriptions" page.

Is there an Android version of Cavino?

Not at the moment. Currently, Cavino is only available on iOS.

Can I use it on an iPad or Mac?

The app is currently supported on iPhone and iPad.

Can I sync data across different devices?

Yes. As long as you log in with the same Apple ID on your different Apple devices and have the iCloud sync feature enabled, you can achieve seamless data synchronization across your devices.

Data Backup & Recovery

If I delete the app or change my phone, can my data be recovered?

Yes, your data can be recovered, provided that you had an active Premium subscription and successfully enabled the iCloud sync feature to back up your data beforehand.

How do I recover my data?

Please follow these 3 steps to restore your historical data:

  1. Retrieve Subscription: Open the app, log in, and tap "Restore Purchases" to retrieve your Premium subscription status;
  2. Enable Sync: Go to the app's Settings page and turn on the "iCloud Sync" toggle;
  3. Restart the App: Fully close the app from your device's background (swipe up to quit), then reopen Cavino. After restarting, your data will automatically download and restore from the cloud. </aside>

Cavino utilizes advanced image recognition technology with a very high accuracy rate. For the best results, please try to take photos in a well-lit environment, ensuring the wine label is clear and free of severe glare.

If the recognized wine information is incorrect, can I modify it myself?

Yes. You can manually edit the wine's details and vintage, or add your own custom tasting notes at any time.
